Measuring your Countertops – Preparing for a Cost Estimate
- Download your Countertop Layout Sheet
- Sketch your countertop layout, noting the approximate location of the sink, cooktop, and other cutouts.
- Divide your countertop into sections (refer to the above chart for some typical layouts)
- Measure the length and width of each section (in inches) of your countertop and write down the results on the Countertop Layout Sheet.
- Use the form below to calculate the total square footage of your countertops.
- Select the look of your desired stone from either of our Basic Stone, Exotic Stone Marble Stone, Quartz Stone, or Quartzite Stone selection pages.
- Select your desired Edge Profile Option and Sink Selections.
- Fill in and submit the Free Consult Form or visit the Contact Us page. Please include your Total Countertop Area Measurement in the “Comments or Questions” section; you will receive a reply with an estimate during the same business day, often within minutes, during our operating hours.
