My Consultant Candy DeLapp was great, she didn't rush me, she gave me great options, she was very professional and took her time to make sure that I picked the perfect piece of granite. Everyone was great, Chris, Jay and Pareesh. The guys that came to do the templates and the install were very professional and you could tell they knew that they were doing. Beautiful professional job! I was needing a new kitchen sink to replace my 20+ year old damage sink. My husband suggested that we update the counters with granite. I googled "granite tops Lilburn". I saw a link for AA Marble & Granite, LLC and clicked on it. The adventure begins. From the initial call to them, Philip was professional. He listened to our request and scheduled an in office personal 2-hour appointment, just for us, for the next business day! We arrived. He patiently explained the process and then allowed us to walk the office showroom & yard to browse all the different types of stones. The stones are all beautiful and so many from which to choose! No sales pressure whatsoever. They addressed all the questions and concerns we had. It wasn't until our second visit that we made a definite stone choice as we were anticipating on installing a farmhouse sink of which we opt out. On our second visit, they allowed us to make a final browse and then the sales paperwork was professionally completed. Scheduling was a breeze and quick. The template designers and installers arrived on time. They did a great job in preparing the templates for our counter tops. They returned with the granite counter tops and installed them perfectly! They addressed all our questions and concerns during the template preparation and during the granite counter tops installation visits. From the completion of the sales paperwork to the final installation, all was done within 8 days! Our entire process from the moment we talked to Philip, 4 weeks!
